Welcome to The Game Cave!
We’re a small business located in Nowra, NSW that specialises in the sale of new and pre-owned video games, consoles and accessories, as well as other pop culture merchandise such as anime, manga, figures, replica weapons, comics and graphic novels.
Launched in July 2005 by co-owners Trevor and Leonie Mutch as the first NSW-based store of the GameTraders franchise, the store was originally located at the lower end of Kinghorne St in Nowra before relocating to the current, larger shopfront just halfway up the street in May 2008.
After a short time trading in their new location, Trevor and Leonie decided to relaunch their business as an independent store, doing away with the overheads and restrictions associated with trading as a franchisee.
Along with catering to the interactive entertainment needs of the Shoalhaven community, The Game Cave also runs regular tournaments for popular trading card games such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, allowing like-minded fans to test their skills against each other in a fun, friendly environment.
Trevor and Leonie’s goal is to run a fun and exciting business that offers friendly and personal service to customers of all ages. If you’re looking for something in particular, need a gift idea, or want to trade in your older games, come in and have a chat!
