Company Policies
The Game Cave has a number of policies in place to make sure we do business the right way for our customers, the community and ourselves. Most of it is in legalese, but we have to do it – and we also have to inform you that by continuing to use this website, you’re agreeing to everything within the policies.
The Game Cave also takes classification very seriously, and we will comply with the laws and regulations set out by the Australian Government. We will not sell titles marked as MA15+ to persons under the age of 15 without their parent or guardian present, and we will not sell titles marked as R18+ to persons under the age of 18. To purchase titles with these classifications we will require you to produce proof of age.
We also reserve the right to refuse sale of a title of an MA15+ or R18+ title to persons over those ages for any reason. More information about classification ratings can be found at the Australian Government’s classification website.
