Preorder Policy

Preorders for items sold at The Game Cave require a minimum deposit of $20. Customers may deposit up to 100% of the sale price when preordering if they choose and they shall be issued a receipt for the item. Be sure to keep this somewhere safe as proof of your purchase!

We will contact you via the phone number you have given us when the item is available. Items left unclaimed for seven (7) days shall be removed from preorder status and made available to another customer – but we’re sure you’ll be in to grab it fairly quickly! ;)
